1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order at Ayerish Style is simple! Browse our collection, select the item you wish to purchase, and click on "Add to Cart." When you're ready to check out, click on the cart icon and proceed to enter your shipping details. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Pakistan. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the product and your location. On average:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for major cities.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for major cities.
For exact delivery times, please check the product page of the item you're interested in.

4. Can I exchange or return an item?
Ayerish Style does not offer returns or exchanges for customized items or special collections like wedding wear or couture dresses. For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with a resolution.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Bank Transfers
Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders

6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier service's website.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We process orders quickly, and once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

8. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re always working to improve our services, so this option may be available in the future.

9. Do you provide custom stitching services?
Yes! We offer customized stitching services for certain products. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, and our design team will assist you in creating a personalized piece.
