  • All international orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared before the order is dispatched.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • Orders that are not confirmed with advance payment within the specified timeframe may be automatically canceled.

2. Product Authenticity

  • Ayerish Style guarantees the authenticity of every branded handbag listed on our platform.

  • Each item is sourced from trusted partners and comes with relevant brand packaging (such as dust bags, tags, or authenticity cards, where applicable).

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in USD by default. Currency conversion may apply based on your location and payment method.

  • International orders may be subject to additional charges such as import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ayerish Style delivers worldwide through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Estimated shipping times will be communicated at checkout.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Advance payments made for international orders are non-refundable after this period.

  • Ayerish Style reserves the right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable, fails quality checks, or if payment authorization is declined.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of luxury branded products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

  • Exceptions apply only in cases where:

    • The product received is incorrect.

    • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • Essential items such as packaging, authenticity cards, or dust bags are missing.

  • Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@ayerishstyle.com.
